I have uninstalled and did a new download and got the message that it was a clean install but it wont work, keep getting the same message. reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice. I am using IE11 and have the latest Adobe Flash Player installed and it was a clean install but when I am on a web site and need to use it, I get the message that I need to install the latest Flash Player. I can not un-lock Flash if I can not update it, especially due to security issues.
